OSDA Performance & Competition Teams
Why Join a Team at OSDA?
Joining an OSDA Performing Company or Competition Team means more than dance—it’s about friendship, growth, and being part of something truly special. From rehearsals to performances, the memories made last a lifetime.
PERFORMING COMPANY
OSDA is home to six Performing Companies for dancers ages 4 through adult. These companies perform throughout the Valley and beyond—showcasing talent at venues like Disneyland, Las Vegas stages, the Arizona State Fair, Glendale Glitters, school events, fundraisers, retirement homes, and more.
Dancers are eligible to join after completing at least one year of tap, ballet, and jazz at On Stage.
Interested students should speak with their teacher to learn more about becoming a Performing Company member.
COMPETITION TEAM
On Stage has two long-standing Competition Teams that have competed in both local and national events for over 25 years. Our dancers have earned top awards at prestigious competitions including:
- Dance Educators of America (DEA)
- Sheer Talent
- Next Level Dance Competition
- Hollywood Vibe Dance Convention & Competition
- Starbound National Talent Competition
- Rainbow National Dance Competition
- Showstopper Dance Competition
Our approach goes beyond the medals—we focus on helping dancers reach their full potential in technique, artistry, and performance. We design routines that are age-appropriate, entertaining, and challenging, all while encouraging personal growth and teamwork.
Students who have been part of our Performing Companies for a certain amount of time may audition to join the Competition Team.
