2026 On Stage Dance Academy Recital Secondary Title

Each dancer participating in the recital will be required to purchase costumes and accessories.

• A NON-REFUNDABLE costume deposit of $80.00 per basic costume is DUE NO LATER THAN January 31, 2026.
• Please be advised that additional costume balances will be due once final pricing is confirmed.
• While we make every effort to keep costume costs reasonable, no refunds or studio credits are offered for costumes.
• A $30.00 fee will apply to any returned checks.

Important Payment Note:
Costume payments are separate from tuition, dancewear, and other studio fees and must be paid by separate check, made payable to Mardi Mayse.

Families will be notified of the total costume cost and any additional required accessories as soon as this information becomes available.

Please keep all costumes clean, neat, and clearly labeled with the dancer’s name. Costumes should also be kept in good condition after the recital, as classes may be invited to perform in additional shows.

Each family will receive one ticket for dress rehearsal. No one will be allowed to watch without a ticket, as additional guests can be distracting for the students.

You will be notified when tickets go on sale. Please plan to purchase early, as seating is limited.

Families are invited to include a photo and message for their favorite dancer(s) in the recital program. Available ad sizes include:

• ¼ page
• ½ page
• Full page

We will also be offering business advertisements in the program (business card, ¼, ½, and full-page options available).
